Presumably, someone at Domainz just made a mistake by telling people to
contact their ISPs about something that is really Domainz's doing. In the
wider context of what they're doing, it would be easy for them to overlook
the inconvenience and time-wasting that one little sentence will cause.
Maybe they intended to inform ISPs, registrars and so on before they sent
the letters, but simply forgot.
Who did this, any idea? Who is the letter signed by? I still haven't seen
a copy of it, but since it's being delivered on paper, it will probably take
a while to filter through to anyone clueful.
