Over the last few weeks the New Zealand Registry Service (NZRS), has been working on the changes required to replace the .nz name server operated by TelstraClear (NS4.DNS.NET.NZ) with a new server operated and managed by the NZRS. The changes for the replacement server are now complete and the new server is in operation. The new IP address for NS4 has been made to the root servers by IANA.
