Citylink FTP in AKLD slow?

Getting real slow connection speed to ftp server in auckland, is it rate limited or perhaps something wrong? Telstraclear with Google CDN node?

Good afternoon NZNOG, I am a TelstraClear cable customer and have been running Netalzyr <http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/index.html> every so often to test various properties of my connection. Recently it has reported that there is a DNS anomaly for www.google.com and partner.googleadservices.com, which resolve to 203.97.30.147 and 203.97.30.149 respectively. Both of these IP addresses are within the TelstraClear block. What is interesting is that when I query the Google DNS servers directly they report the same IP addresses. Can I conclude that there is some sort of Google CDN node in the TelstraClear network? Neil Ramsay
