Free Software Mirror Group's fourth birthday

Hi all, Just a quick note to say that yesterday was The Free Software Mirror Group's fourth birthday (we think). Which is quite incredible. I've said it before but I'd like to say it again: thank you to all the support and aroha we've received from the NZ operator community to facilitate the work we've been doing. In particular our sponsors: - REANNZ, who provide us with power, colo and a fat series of tubes - Insomnia Security, Catalyst, Advantage Computers, who contributed heartily towards hardware - and WAND group for letting Brad spend so much time on FSMG stuff :) And thanks to everyone else who's offered hardware, compute time or other resources. NZ Working From Home Traffic Profile

With lots of New Zealanders and other countries citizens are working from home and the jump in residential Broadband traffic, I am interested in the NZ operators observations. There are few published charts in the NZ Herald article from Chorus and UFF showing phenomenal increase in traffic. In my opinion this is an event that we should document and learn from. I have few questions 1) The jump in residential day time peak ~2PM , is it equal to a drop in business daytime peak ? 2) How do you explain the jump in night time peak (probably people are not going out and are now streaming at home?
