Yet another Phishing Scam - Kiwibank?

It seems theres yet-another scam going around, interesting to see this one clearly targetting an NZ-Only bank: From: "Kiwi Bank" <accounts(a)kiwibank.co.nz> Subject: Important Changes to the Terms and Conditions Source IP in the case I saw was smtp19.orange.fr ([80.12.242.18]) and the embedded link was: http://mail.ardhi.go.ke/kiwibank.co.nz/banking/login.asp/?F6=1&F7=IB&F21=IB…"> It also includes a statement that requires you to say 'yes or no' to their "new" terms and conditions prior to 10 October 2006. Posted for the benefit of those who choose to either block the destination webserver or the mail relay involved... Mark.

Dear Colleague, This is to notify you that some object(s) in NZRR database which you either maintain or are listed as to-be-notified have been added, deleted or changed. These objects are used to configure the various NZIX route servers (http://nzix.net/) so you can expect the relevant servers to be reloaded in the near future. Telstra Cable Problems

Hi, A customer of mine in Wellington has had no cable connection since Monday night. This is no connection full stop for that time period, it is not the random drop outs that people have been having on cable. Telstra (faults/customer service) has been unable to give an ETA for the fix and they do not currently know what the problem is. Their current idea is to try a new modem but that is not coming until Friday. Everything is setup correctly as the firewall is seeing random access attempts from other ips on the subnet (121.73.0.*), but the client is unable to ping the gateway (121.73.0.1). Is anyone else experiencing these problems? Is anyone at Telstra able to shed anymore light on this? Thanks David
