Rittal used to supply these, and is in Auckland. They used to come for free with every bag of cage nuts, actually.

I'm sure there are other places too.

Fibre installer: check lit fibre by looking down pair with remaining good eye. Rack installer: insert cage nuts with remaining good fingers.
