The problems with international bandwidth is more likely to be due to your
ISP running out of available bandwidth.
What ISP are you with :)

Yes I am at home, work and one of my clients have been experiancing similar problems... in Auckland.
I've noticed that some of the time everything claps out or it is just the international traffic and national is fine.
... Have been waiting for someone to bring this up on here, maybe I need to join the NZ ADSL List :)
