I did have a brief chat with them, but I was dealing with a dozen issues today so got a bit side tracked to talk about upstreams. I just noticed this thread and thought I'd drop in the question.

Don't Kordia follow NZNog? Perhaps they'd like to offer some further detailed technical explanation on list? I will confess that I did spend quite a bit of time trying to understand my upstream provider networks this afternoon after a layer 3 traceroute was just filled with ??? marks on 4 hops and it seems I can't even "see" 3 segments from two different providers.
