I've been having a little problem with these guys over the last couple of weeks. Basicly they send out an email to a huge number of customers (everybody who every registered their software). The problem is that at over 2000 over the @ihug.co.nz address are no longer active and the emails bounce. I don't care about the above but their machines that handle the bounces are totally overloaded so the bounces hang obout in my outgoing queue slowing things down (until I gave them their own queue entry). Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any luck getting real networks to bulk unsubscribe a few thousand addresses at a time. I don't want to block them or anything since presumably most legit customers who get this email want it. -- Simon Lyall. | Newsmaster | Work: simon.lyall(a)ihug.co.nz Senior Network/System Admin | Postmaster | Home: simon(a)darkmere.gen.nz ihug, Auckland, NZ | Asst Doorman | Web: http://www.darkmere.gen.nz - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
