That's interesting.. Are their cache's fully transparent? If that's the case, you might find that the return path is something more domestic.
IMO, using cache's in fully transparent mode is a rather broken thing to do, unless you cache on your entire border..
Cacheflow caches (If that's what Clear are using) when run in entirely transparent mode (not changing the ip addresss to the server when going thru it at all), need the data to go both ways thru it (as they do some kind of connection tracking, So if the data is Asymetrix (goes out internationally and comes back in Domestic) then the customers normally won't be able to see the website I've found. I've seem exactly the issue (a customer on Paradise not being able to see some websites due to asymetrix routing) You just have to be aware if you run the caches in this mode these type of things can happen.
