I suspect you'd receive all take-down correspondence in the first instance as a formal written complaint. If someone rings you and asks to take down a site you can probably just pretend it was a bad line and hang up. ;) For the record Juha, I suspect we'd follow a similar plan to Gerard. I imagine it would only occur infrequently, so we would probably go to a small amount of trouble to defend our customers, but ultimately, we can't break the law. If it were frequent (as it no doubt will be for TelstraClear), I really doubt anyone will be able to investigate and defend their customers. There is nothing to stop anyone from causing take-down of a competitor's website. It's problematic legislation, to put it mildly.
