Does anyone here know what the LFC's are doing for LI on dark fibre? I think most will be some kind of splitter but one LFC is talking about using a 50/50 split introducing 3db of loss into each leg and I'd like to get an idea of what the others are doing. Normally I'd look at the CFH tech specs but LI on DFAS came after them and there's no reference in the agreements Cheers :) TRISTRAM CHEER UBER GROUP LIMITED NETWORK ARCHITECT - MOST PROBLEMS ARE THE RESULT OF PREVIOUS SOLUTIONS... Though I haven't ever experienced any issues on my Auckland DFAS circuits. Would be interested to see some actual spec on this if someone can dig it up.
