[nznog] Radio NZ + Parliament stream..

I was just wondering if there is any stats on this stream that can be made public. I am not sure if its the source, or the stream but there seem to be a lots of audio artifacts in the stream, pop's and clicks and the like. Also the buffer time takes quite a bit - a lot longer than the National Radio stream, so I was wondering if there is more interest in it. (I am using mplayer in linux) Cheers.
