The only previous case concerns Mr. Angelo. No, he wasn't a poster to this list. No, he didn't make any statement to this list. It is possible to argue that his actions were themselves relevant to the purpose of this list, and that reports of his actions do not constitute personal information. But both cases concern people who are not subscribers to this list.
