Perhaps newzealand needs to create their own centralised server on the APE network and let it only be routed within NZ. It would be an advantage in many ways. It is seems spamarrest.com is offline. Had a customer who uses it ring as they can't check their mail - invalid username and password. spamarrest.com site says it will back online in a few minutes, but it has been offline since about 7:30 this morning.
I wonder if they are under DDoS attacks or if it is a spin off from osirusoft.com and spews.org being closed down...
