We (AUT) have been seeing a lot of problems with users accessing xtra webmail through our http caches since last week. Basically, the sessions appear to be getting mixed up, and users are jumping between sessions apparently randomly each time they click on something within the webmail application. For example, from one of our users: "when I opened my inbox all my mail was there, however when I went to compose a message it threw me into another users account - ([deleted]@xtra.co.nz) I then tried to navigate to the mailbox page to see if it was still my mail and it logged me into yet another account ([deleted]@xtra.co.nz and then [deleted]@xtra.co.nz)" We've been in contact with xtra about this and they initially said they haven't been able to reproduce the fault. Also, those users who have contacted xtra directly have been told that their account has been disabled (how thoughtful) Does anyone on the list have any further information about this problem ?
