Hi,

I'm possibly about to sign up to the INOC-DBA service, but just wanted to clarify (as we are setting up an Asterisk server for SIP and PSTN calls) how would the directory service be set up to call other autonomous systems?
Would it be using an ENUM like DNS service?

Eg:

enum.conf:
---
[general]
search => e164.arpa
search => inoc-dba.dns.server
---
Sounds like an excelent way for NOC staff to easily contact others via ASN's.

Regards,

Nick Larsen

i would say autonomous networks who are IP capable, with decent OS+
soft phones too can join the fun.
