If no one here has a contact who'll provide some connection to the MBONE, I will put the request to a rather large international provider I have some dealings with.
One problem with that is we need someone to be nice enough to front up with a router that we could land an MBONE tunnel on, and would configure MBONE tunnels/routing relationships with other ISPs.
Another problem with that also, is that a large number of people here don't like me :-) or like dealing with me :-) (perfectly understandable); so if push comes to shove, if someone would email me privately and I can pass on the contact deals at this particular provider and they can take care of making the request on their organisation's behalf.
