[nznog] tranzpeer leaking at APE

192.203.154.46 in AS 9790 seems to be leaking a global table to peers across the APE at the moment; if you aren't filtering (or don't have maximum-prefix limits set) and you were wondering where all your traffic is going, it might be going that way.
