We're having a number of customers complain about email not being
delivered over the Xtra network. Error messages being submitted to us
are similar to:
Apr 24 00:00:37 web1 postfix/smtp[14312]: 999977E99E:
to=, orig_to=,
relay=mta.xtra.co.nz[210.54.141.1], delay=7174, status=deferred (host
mta.xtra.co.nz[210.54.141.1] said: 421 Message rejected (in reply to end
of DATA command))
We know Xtra have recently being changing setting on firewall/router
combination as we had a similar issue last week .... It looks like they
are doing it again !
What really takes the biscuit is that customers who call Xtra are told
that it's a fault of someone else i.e ours !! We're happy to take calls
from these customers, but we would like to give them the right
information, unlike Xtra is doing !

Sorry if this is off topic, but it's mighty frustrating as this is a
continuous battle ..
