
For any Xtra techos out there, we have a customer getting mail sent back after 4 day with "Host msa.hinet.net is not responding" (See below) msa.hinet.net seem to be a Taiwanese Telco. They have 12 MX records for that domain and each MX as around 9 addresses, so they have over 90 mailservers. So whatever the problem is, routing, blocking etc, it's not Host is not responding.
