Unless people are connecting only via Xtra, I would be surprised if their national component becames a bottle neck... national bandwidth isn't terribly expensive or scarce....
I would agree - when you have the major players peering over something like Citylink, it ceases to become a problem. Also to put throw a spanner in the works - Even though VOIP technologies are progressing and the required bandwidths and QoS requirements are decreasing, you are still taking you life in your hands when you offer a VOIP solution over a public network.
