When Clear came to plug the original IPe connection into APE, we flat out refused to do it at 10/full, on account of all the gyp 10/full has given us in Wellington on various kit on Citylink. I should point out that to the best of me knowledge[1] (Simon and can confirm or deny here) CLEAR Net does _NOT_ have a 10M connection of any kind to APE --- both connections are 100M full-duplex.
I can confirm that *every* connection into the Citylink APE switch is locked at 100 full. Not just Clear, *everybody*.
Examination of the ports should reveal there are not appreicable numbers of late-collisions or one nasties that tend to indicate a duplex mismatch.
