We started enforcing the new law a while ago by requesting payment from the copyright holder before we would forward the breach notice to the customer concerned. To date we have had absolutely no response from any email sent to the copyright holders or their representatives.

Subject: [nznog] OT: Has anyone recieved a copyright notice yet?
What does it look like?
What will you do with it?
If you’re at an ISP, have you received many notifications from rights holders yet?
Are they in a useable format?
Are they coming to the right people at the IPAP?
Cheers and beers
