Tas-2 is still in operation, but it's essentially got a "do not revive" on
it. That is, if it gets trawled up, the kraken strikes, or it just stops
working for whatever reason, no-one is going to despatch a ship to go and
fix it. While it exists, it's worthwhile using it but that's all.
