Rital, are in Petone in Wellington, and will have something that suits your spec (most of their stuff is Manufactured overseas and assembled here tho - if you are looking for "Kiwi Made" ... ) I have never suffered bloodied/cut fingers with any of the Rital range I have delt with, I can't say the same for a good 70% of other rack solutions. Particularly ones that are solid enough to be stacked / bolted together? (Not the wall mount type).
So far I have just found the Eaton (Wright Line) Vantage range, but I don't believe there is local stock.
