TCL in NZ no longer seems to be using a Hurricane Electric tunnel
to cross the Pacific. Response time is better. (That doesn't take HE
completely out of the picture, however.)

Hard to take HE "out of the picture" when the host you're tracerouting to is on the end of the HE tunnel...
