Joe their consultant did talk to us, he spoke to me and Muru. We gave him lots of thoughts about how to progress this but we did not specify a particular way of doing it just suggested that the function should be provided. We gave him enough detail that it took him about 10mins to write it up after the meeting. I did talk to some of the code monkeys before I talked to the consultant and we used the out line document that Julian wrote before his demise, thought I can't remember if I spoke to you about this banana.
Spot on. A consistent interface is what is missing.
More importantly an interface that is manipulated by a program not a human.
That all sounds highly commercial :) If it would help, I am happy for you to pay me for my 200 lines of shell script :)
