RE: [nznog] Outage update from Telecom

      POP, PON, NGN, TLA of the week...  we're on it, and we're back.

BTW we were told that the barer lines to the South Island were down, but it
turns out our Welly office never lost connectivity with our Christchurch
office... (though did experience increased packet loss)
