Afternoon,
Sorry to self reply, i just wanted to be clear on a few things as i have had a lot of off-list reply's (thanks to the guys who have replied).
1) I don't have a MyRepublic connection and none of my customers have one either. The reason I know about this as I have family and friends with home connections though MyRepublic.
2) The SLA's I was referring to where the ones between MyRepublic and UFF. i.e. MyRepublic should be checking their SLA with UFF around their handover.
However with that in mind, i have been told there there is nothing wrong with the UFF side of the network and that this issue is with the MyRepublic handover router. At a guess i would be reminding everyone to make sure they have config backups?
