(b) The ORBS website is closed for reasons unconnected with the proceedings involving Telecom New Zealand Limited and Actrix Networks Limited; I spoke to Alan earlier tonight. ORBS is indeed dead and will almost certainly stay that way (that doesn't mean something else won't rise up, in fact I'm sure something will fill the void).
