Anybody know how to get a Packetshaper out of bypass mode

A bit off topic I know, but does anyone know how to get a packetshaper 4000 that was put into bypass mode by issuing the command "setup shaping bypass", out of bypass mode. Doco is pretty good at showing howt, but not so good on how to get out of it. (Still waiting on a call back from Packetter.)
