[nznog] Posting Form

Ok the new posting form can be found on the main info page for the mailing list https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/network-jobs. This will make it a lot easier to use and clear up any confusion on the format. I also welcome people to bypass the form post directly to the cgi handling the form. http://outcast.ws/cgi-bin/networkjobs it will only accept post method.
