Hi Tim,
It's not abandoned. The conference in February I hope was evidence of that.
It's just that your email on 5/12/14 got missed. I don't know where you get
the idea it's an individual but the NZNOG trustees would probably welcome
more folks helping us admin/curate NZNOG content. If people have got time
to give and care to take then sing out to info(a)nznog.org. We'd welcome any
constructive contributions :-) (similarly any inaccuracies in the NOC list).
Your updates have been applied FWIW.
Neil's suggestion on peeringdb is good too. The NZNOG NOC list covers
downstreams (to a point) as well.
cheers
Jamie

Might help if the list curator actually updated the list when asked. Have submitted two updates in the last 12 months and had no response whatsoever. It's hard to maintain the credibility of such a list when it's effectively abandoned. Perhaps it should be converted to a wiki and moderated by the community instead of an individual?
My $0.02,
Tim
