Based on the real world traffic of over 650k NZ broadband users, and
having specifically monitored the impact of the Win10 release on our
CDNs and international network, I find it totally inconceivable that
the claims of that article are anywhere near the truth.
I would move on – there is NOTHING to see here.

just now, which says the Windows 10 upgrade is overwhelming capacity on the UFB (which bit of it?).
It’s a single source however, and I was wondering if there are other data points for the traffic increase to look at?
