Hi all,

 

Sorry if this is off topic a bit.

 

We manage a couple of Corporate Proxies and whilst one can connect happily to www.xtra.co.nz and www.yahoo.com

The other cannot and returns the message below.

 

What I am looking for is a contact phone number where I can have a meaningful technical conversation  to resolve the issue.

The foreign help desk operator for Telecom/Xtra could only say “We have no way to resolve that issue”.
