Block email from them.

I have a number of web sites, and I get about 2-3 Emails from them
per week from "Christine Hall" which is very anoying.

Block email from them.

Each time for the last 6 months I have emailed them back saying
"remove me please, I am not interested in your service" , but I
    still keep getting them.

(1) Never reply to spam.

(2) Block email form them.

Do you think a Physical Registered Letter Send to them in the mail
from a Lawyer asking them to stop work?

Nope.  Besides, they are in the US which makes things more difficult.

Has anyone else had trouble with this "Company" in the past.

Nope  I block email from them.

PS: I know I can just make a procmail/outlook express rule to
delete them, but I don't want to get them in the first place.

Block email from them.
