Judging by the wording "The reliable download speed of the new plans, managed by Telecom" then this service is supplied using the FastIPDirect model, i.e. Telecom are the ISP. FastIP remains limited to 128kbs ... "...will continue to have the option of JetStream Starter, which is up to three times faster than dial-up (up to 128 kbps download and upload) with usage managed by ISPs." So it looks like Telecom have added to their monopoly over broadband DSL via the local loop. ISPs are only able to offer 128k Jetxxx service. Cheers BG.
