At the moment, as far as I know, there are no real laws about "live internet broadcasts" in NZ. But something is being worked on, but I can't find out what exactly :-( Does anyone know what they _are_ trying to bring in? A Real time Live Internet broadcast doesn't come under the Films and Publications Act, nor the Broadcasting Act (as I don't think they ever thought about the Internet as being a real time broadcast medium). But Static Pictures/Web Pages etc (gif/jpg/html/whatever) do come under the F&P Act.
