I know this first hand in my role with AusNOG. It's a tireless beast. Often without thanks. It chews up personal lives and makes employers look at you with raised eyebrows. People often comment "why bother", and question your sanity. And it's with that sincere goal which you have both plainly embodied, that I offer you MY thanks and my appreciation for all you have done.
