RE: XTRA network having problems?

      Well,

Firstly, its ICMP thats being blocked at the ape, not tcp traffic.
The last hops I see are both named as dds interfaces. Tracing from my border
router, both connections go via the ape. I see nothing trying to go via
Australia for these two addresses.
