      Evening all

After a bit of packet capture fun, I think we've found the culprit,
somebody with a copy of InterMapper 3 (a Mac based network mapper,
apparently) going troppo and pinging nodes on APE at the rate of ~5000
packets/sec, for a second or so every 30 seconds.  So hopefully, they'll
find the relevant user, and give them a learning tomorrow.

Just a bell to say that there are currently intermitant problems with APE
(for us and at least one other ISP we know of) Citylink are trying to
figure it out with us ATM.
First went down at ~17:25 came back 17:38 went down again about 5 mins ago
and appears to be back again.
