I realise that this is an NZIX product, but it's pretty damn useful
for a larger view than that.
If you take the list of NZ ASNs (as sourced from APNIC)...
The AS paths from a full BGP feed (feeds from more places would be
good, but I used the one I had)...
Plot any peerings where one or more of the peers are in NZ.
Load into Gephi and make it do magic...
You get this..... (33kb PDF file)
https://docs.google.com/a/nznog.org/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=bnpub2cub3JnfG56bm9nfGd4OjUyZWQ4YzRiYTNjNWIzOGQ
It would be cool if this had a cool interactive website like the NZIX
one (HINT HINT HINT).

I noted the IPv6 test button, so it leads to two suggestions:
1. Could nzix.net support v6 access itself? 2. Could you visualise the peerings that are dual stack?

Thanks to the awesome work of Blair Harrison we now have a visualisation of the NZIX. A very interesting thing to see and it's nice to see the ANZAC aspect of it.
See here: http://nzix.net/peers.html
We'll be working on refining the process which extracts the information and readies it for this sort of presentation so that it will be updated nightly. We'll let you know when that's done.
Thanks Blair!
Feedback welcome of course.
Cheers
