[cross posted from the ipv6-techsig list incase anyone is interested.] Hi All, WorldxChange is about to start a IPv6 trial over xDSL and was wondering if anyone here would like to participate. At this stage it will be a closed trial limited to 10 or so users. It will be offered over a standard xDSL link dual-stacked using DHCPv6 for address assignment, so, you will need a router that is capable of DHCPv6. So far we have tested with the Cisco 837 & 877 (for which we have example configs), but if you think you can make it work, then you are welcome to try. We will be assigning a /56 prefix to each user, and it can either be static or dynamic, upto you :) Prerequisites; An xnet adsl account A capable router (see above) A willingness to provide feedback on how we can improve the service To sign up for the trial, have a look at http://wxnz.net/ipv6-trial/ Note: The helpdesk will not be supporting IPv6 at this stage in time, support will be via a forum setup on the wxnz.net site.
