One way, tag traffic on each interface to identify interface it was sourced on. Then you can identify traffic.

i.e. Connection to APE, tagged domestic etc. If you purchase International transit from GG then tag international on the connecting interface.

Slower way is to store packet information use source IP to do a GEO lookup.
