And what did your account manager at ANC/MCI/Sprint/GlobalGateway/(who else?) say when you asked if they could provide IPv6 services? ... or did you just assume that they couldn't? If they can't, there are other options to native international v6 transit right now - for example, get a [vendor] [mid-range router] and drop it overseas somewhere that /does/ provide native v6, and build a tunnel.
