I got a charming email from extra
informing me that their flat rate customers charged @ 69.95 will be going from
256kbit to 2mbit in the next month, the first I heard of it was the email. Was
anyone aware this was going to happen and it was just me having my head in the
sand or is this as unexpected as I find it.
