We have equipment in both SkyT and Kingston St. For us Kingston St has been less reliable than the SkyT lately.

What reliable locations are there on APE in Auckland? And from what Liam said before, do any of these locations have a lot of us in them already?

Cheers
Dave

It's not so much that APE is there.

Honestly APE has less value compared to the other cross connects I have at SKY in terms of a reason for co-locating there.

It's more that every other carrier / ISP / random guy with an AS has a presence there, so is a handy spot to interconnect.

If there was a decent DC in the CBD, where everyone else was, and that wasn't excruciatingly expensive, then I'm sure we'd all be there instead.

Also Citylink seem to have a default pricing policy that's, "well try and make it really expensive to connect to APE everywhere else but sky", which seems to have sane pricing for historical reasons.
