[nznog] next week's meeting network

The network for next week's meeting is up and running at Vic (thanks to all concerned in making that happen). Here are the layer-3 details for those who want to open firewall holes, etc before they arrive and realise they can't reach their routers: IPv4: 169.222.252.0/24 IPv6: 2001:4401:3::/64 The meeting network is attached to the WIX, and peering with a few people (including the WIX route servers).
