While it has been a stupid situation over the last few years in that TelstraClear has been selling wholesale access that is slower and more expensive than their retail offering (and complaining about Telecom doing the same on their network), to just stop all together seems bizarre. Another interesting decision from TelstraClear's wholesale department to go right along with their starting the whole de-peering mess I suppose.
